3. Commissioned Work

  • •Commission terms (scope, pricing, revisions, delivery, and licence) are documented per project.
  • •Unless explicitly transferred, copyright remains with Glytherra; the commissioning party receives a usage licence.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • •Upload or request illegal content, including any depiction of minors, exploitation, bestiality, incest, non-consensual acts, or real-person explicit deepfakes.
  • •Harass or abuse others, attempt to breach security, or use the site for spam or malware.

5. Mature Content Access & Age Verification

  • •Mature-content areas are gated and intended strictly for adults 18+.
  • •We use a local age-affirmation gate. In some jurisdictions or platforms, additional verification may be required; we reserve the right to upgrade methods.

6. Content Moderation

We may remove or decline projects and posts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glytherra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
